By accessing or using Eng PDH Pro ("Service"), operated by Eng PDH Pro LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including engineers, firm administrators, and visitors.
Eng PDH Pro provides online continuing education courses for licensed Professional Engineers, compliance tracking tools, and certificate management services. Courses are designed to satisfy Professional Development Hour (PDH) requirements for PE license renewal in supported states.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including your PE license number(s), state(s) of licensure, and renewal date(s). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all course segments and knowledge assessments with a passing score of 80% or higher. Certificates are stored permanently in your account and are available for download at any time. You are responsible for verifying that completed courses satisfy your state board's requirements.
Eng PDH Pro provides tools to help engineers track their PDH hours and assess compliance. However, it is the sole responsibility of each licensed engineer to verify that their continuing education activities satisfy the requirements of their state licensing board. Eng PDH Pro does not guarantee that any course will be accepted by any particular state board, and state requirements are subject to change. Most states allow engineers to self-certify compliance — a small number of states (currently Florida, New York, North Carolina, Maryland, Indiana, and New Jersey) require courses from pre-approved providers. Engineers are responsible for confirming their state's current requirements.
Course content is developed in good faith based on published statutes, board rules, technical standards, and primary sources current at the time of authoring or last review. References to codes, standards, regulations, and state board rules may be updated by their issuing authorities at any time. Eng PDH Pro makes reasonable efforts to keep course content current, but engineers must independently verify that current regulations and standards apply to their specific practice and project circumstances. Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional engineering advice for any specific project or situation.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Individual courses and course bundles are sold as one-time purchases providing access to the purchased content. Firm subscriptions are billed annually per engineer. Refunds on individual purchases may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no course segments have been completed. Once course content has been accessed and segments marked complete, no refund will be issued. Firm subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@eng-pdh.com for inquiries.
All course content, scripts, materials, and platform code are the intellectual property of Eng PDH Pro LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without express written permission. Your certificate of completion is for your personal professional records only and may not be transferred or shared.
Firm administrators who create firm accounts are responsible for the accuracy of their team's information and for ensuring that only authorized engineers are added to their firm account. Firm administrators may view compliance data for engineers who have joined their firm account. Engineers consent to this visibility when joining a firm account. Firm billing operates on an annual cycle aligned to the firm's renewal date; engineers added mid-cycle receive a full year of access from their add date.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not: share your account credentials with others; create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase requirements; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy course content; use automated tools to access the Service; misrepresent your identity, license status, or qualifications; harass support staff or other users; or use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws. Each engineer must have their own individual account; one account serves one engineer.
You may close your individual account at any time through your profile settings. Certificates earned prior to account closure remain accessible for download for 30 days after closure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for fraudulent activity, sharing of course content, or other violations of Section 10. In the event of firm account termination, individual engineers retain access to certificates they personally earned, but lose access to the firm dashboard and ongoing course subscriptions. No refunds are issued for terminations resulting from Terms violations.
Eng PDH Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course or package in question during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on PDH tracking data or course content, including license lapses, audit findings, or professional decisions made in reliance on educational content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date.
