How firm billing works: Billed annually per engineer on the firm's renewal date. Add engineers anytime — each new engineer gets a full year of access from their add date and rolls into the firm's annual renewal cycle thereafter. Engineers removed at renewal won't be billed in the next cycle. Tier pricing applies firm-wide when thresholds are crossed.
